Mode of air extraction
By absorbing fatty contents and other small particles in kitchen gases, the metal grease filter purifies cooking vapours and odors. The air exhaust pipes can be connected to the exhaust air conduction or transmitted to the outside depending on the situation.
Mode of odor absorption
The fume extractor hood cannot always be linked to the ventilation system. In this case, Kaiser extractor hoods can function as a filtering system. The metal grease filter absorbs the fatty contents and other microscopic particles from the cooking vapours first, followed by the activated charcoal filter, which delivers the odorous substances and micro particles. The cooking vapours and gases are purified and returned to the kitchen.
Corrugated aluminum pipe
When used in the exhaust mode Aluminium pipe, with a 150 mm diameter, is simple to use and create; it can be bent and stretched along the length required, and due to its light weight, no additional fixing is required. Aluminum corrugated pipes have a long service life.
Grease filter made of metal
This long-lasting filter is made of stainless steel (stainless steel and aluminum) (stainless steel and aluminum) (stainless steel and aluminium).
Grease filters should be cleaned every two months, either in a dishwasher or manually, using a mild detergent or liquid soap.
Activated charcoal filter
Our charcoal filters are made of activated carbon that has been chemically processed and has a high absorption capacity. The filer can hold particles of contaminating substances weighing more than five times its own weight. During cooking, the carbon filter removes many odors, smoke, and steam impurities. Our cooking hoods use charcoal filters for odor absorption/recirculation.
