Kindly peruse, understand & accept the content of our Terms & Conditions, which are designed for enhancing our relationship with you, our valued customer, in order to serve you better.
ALL OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE STATUTORY LAWS OF KENYA
The Terms & Conditions are between The Lifestyle Hub, (TLH) and our esteemed clientele, are binding and supersede any prior agreements or arrangements.
Prices & Payment Methods
- All prices listed are in Kenya Shillings (Kes), and inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Prices subject to change without prior notice
- Prices are exclusive of delivery or installation charges, unless in the case of specific prior agreement / arrangements
- Every image appears with its corresponding Retail Price, and in addition, a Price Guide of the estimated monthly instalment with our Partner Institutions, if applicable.
- Payments may be made in Cash, Bank Transfer, Mpesa (Paybill 589420, Acc. Proforma / Invoice number, or Customer Name), Pesapal (Till No. 817900), Visa and Mastercard.
Placing an Order

- Proceed to Checkout
- Fill in your details as required, ensure all the areas marked with an asterix * are completed
- At this stage, you may Register to open your own personal shopping account, which will be followed by an auto-generated email to your address, containing a welcome message with your Username and Password, the latter which can be changed
- Click on the Generate Quote button, the details of which will be received by our Sales Team, who will revert with an official quote within 2 working days
- If securing a repayment plan, kindly present this quote to the relevant personnel at your institution, enabling the process of securing finance for your order to commence
- Alternatively, visit our Showroom, located at The Oval building on Ring Road Westlands, 1st Floor, meet with our Sales Personnel who can guide you through our products that may be of interest to you and who will prepare a suitable quote for onward processing as required.

Delivery
- All deliveries will be effected only after TLH is in receipt of full payment for the order, unless prior arrangements have been otherwise agreed upon
- Delivery rates vary according to specifically zoned areas. We endeavor to provide the very best rates for our clients
- Irrespective of the zone, we assure swift & timely delivery (if requested) after the formalization of any sale
Installation
- TLH can provide installation services where required, be it for individual homes, institutions, developments, or specific projects etc, at a competitive cost to the end-user or purchaser
- Installation charges
         Free standing appliances – Kes. 1000 per appliance up to a maximum of Kes. 4000
         Built In units (eg hoods, hobs etc) Kes. 1500 per appliance up to a maximum of Kes. 6000
         Fittings or Parts charged separately.
- Ensure your appliances have arrived in good order. In the event your order arrives slightly damaged or if any accessories are missing (both scenarios are rare), immediately contact our sales team via mobile or email, and we’ll ensure the situation is addressed to your satisfaction.Â
- Where installation of appliances requiring water connection / proper drainage, the end user must ensure that the appliance receives the correct water pressure, and ample drainage. All relevant appliances have specific details in their respective User Manuals.
It is mandatory for end-users to have read the User / Operation Manuals provided in the packaging of the units before installation and subsequent operation.
- Kindly ensure appropriate surge-protection devices are fitted on sockets that are to power appliances such as TVs, Audio Systems, Fridges, Freezers & Coolers, Washers / Dryers etc.
These protection devices, known as Automatic Voltage Switchers (AVS, Fridge guard, TV guard), protect against Voltage Surges, and our Sales Team / Installers can guide you on the appropriate device for your appliance.Â
Please note that the warranty provided for your appliance does NOT cover damage caused by power fluctuations, therefore it is in your best interest to employ these protection devices.
- Wall mounting of TVs must be carried out on CONCRETE walls, and not any other materials, whereby in the latter case, prefabrication / appropriate reinforcement will be required, but not recommended.
- Any Refrigeration equipment delivered to your premises MUST be left to settle for at least 4-6 hours before powering on. Â
- Ensure full testing of your appliance before signing off after installation.
Return Policy
- TLH will accept appliances that are returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the packaging is fully intact, un-opened, the appliance unused or undamaged in any way, and complete with all accessories.
- TLH will only give a Credit Voucher (Valid for 3 Months) for any qualified returns, enabling the customer to use it for another purchase of the same value or more, where in the latter case, a top up of the extra amount will have to be paid by the client if applicable.
- TLH does not give monetary refunds for any returns
Warranty
- The stated Warranty covers the product from any faults arising from Manufacturing Defects over the Warranty Period
- The Warranty does not cover any physical damage, breakage in use, damage caused by Power Fluctuations or Brownouts, or User Misuse / Mishandling
- All warranty claims are to be directed to the point of purchase, where the customer is to bear any transport costs of returning the appliance to the point of purchase.
- In the instance where the appliance cannot be moved for any reason, TLH will arrange for a Technician / Technical team to visit the site, the cost of which (if any – subject to specific agreement) will have to be taken on a case-by-case basis. For technical visits outside of the Nairobi area, the client shall bear the cost of transport for the Technician.
- TLH will not be held responsible or liable for any losses or damages resulting from appliance failure / fault
Errors, Omissions & Additions.
We reserve the right to correct or rectify any Errors or Omissions arising on our Website, and not be held liable for any reason whatsoever as a result of these.
Additional terms as applicable may be stated on the Sales Document if applicable to specific warranties or items.Â
These standard terms are to be read as part of the normal warranty terms stated on the warranty certificate where applicable.
